I thought we would do a simple tune up on the motor. 

Ended up:

• Adjusting timing
• Idle adjustment 
• Flipping throttle remote so level does not hit console
• Adjusting tach – was reading 200 high
• Ran out of fuel and added 5 gallons. Looks like water in bottom of tank. 

Accelerated great from idle but would only run up to 3500 RPMs and 29knts. Top carb leaking fuel on bowl side, lower carb seems to be flooding.
