Test fitting new Vetus MAGNUS 5151 hatch from Defender.


Different bolt pattern but fits perfectly and cost half the price of the Lewmar Hatch at Defender Spring Sale.

Just cutting another hole in the boat. B&G Vulcan 7 install.


I still need to do a little fairing to make it fit. Ultimately we will have three new B&G Vulcan 7 inch displays and one B&G Zeus3 7 inch display. The three Nexus displays will move to the mast.

Finally a working wind instrument

Another day working on the boat. New spinnaker pole track and control lines, batteries and charger secured, new wind instrument paired, bow bungees installed.

More boat work. Winches greased. Removed vhf and wind cables from mast. Replaced backstay flicker.

Drilled and countersunk new Harken 373 track so I can use the old screws and holes on the mast.
