Emptied fuel filter and 90% water. Purchased 5 gallons from gas station to get me to fuel dock. Added 16 gallons at gas dock. 

Engine ran up to 4100 RPMs out to 695 bridge. Shut down engine and restarted. Would not idle smooth and run above 1000 RPMs without stalling. Eventually responded to throttle and revved to 4100 at 35+ knts.
