Lots of progress made today

I believe I have all the water out of the fuel tank. Installed new 10 micron fuel filter with clear bowl to watch for water in filter. Reinstalled carbs and they seem to have stopped dripping fuel. Discovered section of fuel line which was collapsing and restricting fuel flow. 

Now I just need to adjust the wide open timing and I think we will be ready for the summer.
