    Unstick old hatch-
Mine was showing cracking so I replaced it!
I used a fillet knife after I got a slim blade under frame.
I also tried calk to seal but found 1″ butyl tape seal it best and used barrel nuts to get tight

Here’s a suggestion from a friend of mine: Buy a box of single edge razor blades. Tap them into the joint as close together as you can get them, all the way around the hatch. Then start over and tap a second one in on top of the first. After getting a layer of two razor blades all the way around the hatch then start tapping a putty knife between the blades to pry the hatch up. You’ll probably break a bunch of blades in the process so a good pair of safety glasses are important.
