Astroid on their way around the world

DSC_0119, originally uploaded by hergan family.

I met the crew of Astroid at Oxford Boatyard while I was working on Morning Star. Great family and I wish them the best of luck on their world cruise. I was able to talk to them on the VHF as they passed us heading to St. Mary’s. Looks like they were following my suggestions of visiting Solomon’s Island, St. Mary’s and Fishing Bay while they are waiting for a replacement bow thruster.
