It happened four times yesterday, the vessel on my port took the right of way. All were power boats and twice they just turned in front of me and required me to put the engine in reverse to avoid a collision. A third time off Rock Hall both vessels were approaching each other at speeds over 20 knots with a constant bearing for a mile and the give way vessel did not give way or appreciate my response to his stupidity. Hopefully the idiots get an education and pull their boats soon so I can survive 100 days on the water this year.
